Question: What's your return policy?

Answer: If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to return the items to us. But please make sure that the item is in the same condition as received (not worn, is unused, with tags and in its original packaging). All return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. Please read Shipping and Returns page for all the details.


Question:  What if I receive a damaged item?

Answer: As soon as you receive your item, please check it for any damages or defects. Or in the rare case that the wrong item was sent to you. Please email us promptly at so that we can make it right for you.


Question: Do you encourage store exchanges?

Answer : Yes we do! Most of the time, this is the easiest way for us to make you happy with your purchase.


Question: How long will the refund processing take?

Answer : Once a refund is approved (you will get an email from us), the refund is automatically authorized from our end. It may take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process this and reflect this in your account statements.


Question:  Whats the difference between a Kurta and a Kurti ?

Answer : A Kurta is usually longer than Kurti and worn for more traditional or formal occasions. A Kurti (shorter version of Kurta) is more dynamic and versatile. It can be worn on jeans/trousers/palazzo pants/skirts and more. Use your imagination !!


Question : I am confused about my size, I fit into small in certain brands and medium in others, what should I buy ?

Answer : The easiest way to solve this is by looking at the size chart given below each kurta. There are different styles of Kurtas and the sizing charts are very specific to styles.  If still unsure, email or text your measurements and I will be happy to tell you what size works the best.


Question : How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Answer : Hurry and let us know within  24 hours  of placing your order so that we can help you. If it's past that or if the order is already shipped, then we won't be able to undertake your request.


Question : How much do you charge for shipping?

Answer : You can view shipping charges if any, when you go to the checkout page.


Question : Do you have any option for expedited shipping?

Answer : Yes, we do,  but please write to us at and we will see how best to help you.


Question : How long will shipping take?

Answer : After you place the order, it takes us 24 hours to prepare and ship your order. Once it's shipped, it typically takes around  5-8 business days to reach you.

Answer : We ship these products from New Jersey, USA
