Shipping & Returns

• We offer free ground shipping on all purchases over $50
• We use USPS First class mail for all packages unless customers specifically request for an expedited delivery. Customer will have to pay the additional courier charges and we will provide all tracking information
• The product will be shipped the next business day after we get your order. 
• It takes about 4-7 business days for regular first class mails to reach you. 

 Shipping to Canada

• There is a fee to ship to Canada. 
• Import Fees/ Taxes are additional and are payable by the customer 

 

Easy Returns/ Exchange

To eliminate some common problems like sizing issues that result in returns or exchange, I will provide a size chart for all the Kurtas I sell, so please do measure before buying. Please remember that :

• The return has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product has to be retuned unused and in its original packaging with the invoice and tags.
• We will do a thorough quality check of the product once its shipped back to us and then process refunds/exchanges etc.
• The onward shipping of an exchange has to be paid by the customer, I will send the new shipment at my cost. 
• Please read care instructions carefully, we will not exchange based on poor handling of the garment.
